Finally, a Recovery Program Designed for Gay Men 🦄

My 12 week group program will help you break the cycle of drug use and chemsex without rehab or 12-step dogma.

Start Date: 10th Feb | Spots Left: 4

I’ve helped queer people all over the world transform their relationship with drugs using my proven recovery method.

This program is for you if:

✔️ You’re smart and self-aware, but you feel stuck in a destructive cycle of drug use and sex

✔️ You want to quit the drugs causing you problems, like meth or cocaine, but don’t want full sobriety

✔️ You don’t want to put your life on hold by going to rehab

✔️ You know you need support, but anything related to 12-step really turns you off

✔️ You’re maintaining a professional position, but your drug use makes you feel like a imposter

✔️ You’re exhausted, and your body feels like it’s breaking down from all the drug use

✔️ You’ve struggled to open up about your issues because you don’t believe anyone could understand you

✔️ You’re finding it hard to connect with others or have sex without being intoxicated

✔️ You’re beating yourself up every time you use, and the shame has become unbearable

✔️ Your comedowns are getting worse and harder to handle as time goes on

Testimonials from my gorgeous clients 👇🏻

  • "Working with Andrew has helped me regain control of my life in a way that I would not have thought was possible a year or so back. By recognising and working to dismantle the negative belief system that was hijacking my life, I've reconnected with myself, and am able to see and love myself with a new level of appreciation and compassion."

    M, 34, San Francisco

  • "Before working with Andrew, I felt stuck in a cycle of compulsive behaviours and patterns that were difficult to break. I didn’t fully understand why I kept returning to them, and I often felt a sense of shame and disconnection afterward. It became my default way of coping with feelings of loneliness and the need for validation. After several months of working together, I’ve experienced a significant shift. I feel more grounded, have greater clarity on what I want in life, and have developed practical tools to support my wellbeing and set strong, healthy boundaries."

    K, 36, Berlin

  • "Working with Andrew has helped me understand the deeper drivers behind my behaviours, particularly how past experiences, shame, and unmet emotional needs were influencing my patterns. He supported me in approaching these experiences with compassion and empathy, which allowed me to develop a much kinder relationship with myself. I’ve learned to recognise my emotional needs without judgment and no longer rely on external sources of validation in the same way. Unlike some approaches that frame setbacks negatively, Andrew encouraged me to see them as part of the learning process — as valuable insights in an ongoing journey of growth. This shift in perspective has helped me build resilience, learn from challenges, and continue strengthening my sense of self and overall wellbeing."

    M, 40, Melbourne

  • "While I had already made progress in reducing certain patterns before working with Andrew, I was looking for deeper support to understand and address the underlying drivers behind my behaviour. I wanted my progress to feel sustainable and long-term. Through his coaching, I gradually developed a clearer understanding of how these patterns had formed and how they were showing up in my life. Each session allowed us to explore different areas and build a practical, personalised toolkit that has been incredibly helpful in creating meaningful change. The level of care, attention, and insight Andrew brings to his work has been invaluable in supporting me to rebuild a more grounded and aligned life."

Hey there 👋🏻

I’m Andrew, a proudly queer Recovery Coach with a long history of substance abuse. The shame and self-hatred I carried from growing up closeted led me to numb with whatever I could find—meth, oxycontin, sleeping pills.

Since quitting meth at 30, I have never stopped learning and growing. At 36, I have now spent the past 3.5 years coaching gay & queer people all over the world struggling with substance abuse. This program brings together everything I’ve learned in my own recovery and from helping hundreds of people along the way.

I look forward to supporting you 🙂💕

You may likely be feeling:

😔 I’m too far gone & no one could understand or help me

😔 I might struggle to stay sober during the program

😔 What can I really achieve in 8 weeks?

😔 I’ve tried so many other things and they haven’t worked

😔 I’m scared to show my face in a group

Here’s what I can promise you:

🙂 No one is too far gone! We all think we're especially fucked up, but you'd be surprised how many people are struggling just like you.

🙂 This isn’t a 12-step program—there’s no expectation of sobriety. We’ll work through your drug use as it happens and learn from it.

🙂 Your journey doesn’t end after 12 weeks! Our time together will lay a strong foundation for the rest of your recovery

🙂 You’ve never tried a program like this—one designed specifically for gay men dealing with trauma and using drugs & sex to cope.

🙂 You can start the group calls anonymously. Once you build trust and see it’s a safe space, you can choose to turn on your camera.

How it works

I created this program as a safe place for gay and queer men to explore their drug use, closet trauma, and chemsex. It combines insights from Polyvagal Theory, Holistic Psychotherapy, Gay Trauma Studies, and Somatic Therapy to offer a unique approach to addressing the root causes of our drug and sex fixation. I’m excited about the blend of 1:1 and group coaching, which provides both personal support along with a sense of belonging 🌈

Here’s what you’ll get:

⭐️ Weekly Group Coaching

A Zoom session with the 6-12 other queer men going through the program alongside you. We’ll discuss important weekly tasks and create a space to learn from each other, build community, and strategise with others on the same path to recovery and healing.

⭐️ Fortnightly 1:1 Coaching

A 50-minute weekly session with me. A place to feel fully supported as we dive deep into understanding your drug use and what it reveals about the work ahead. We'll connect your past experiences to your current core beliefs and explore how they drive you toward escapism and self-soothing with drugs and sex.

⭐️ Weekly Worksheets

Each week, participants receive worksheets to explore key topics like triggers, self-worth, and aligning lifestyle with values. These tools complement group discussions, supporting clarity and growth on your recovery journey.

⭐️ WhatsApp community with your peers

A space to stay connected throughout the week - where you can come when you’re feeling lonely or down, to share ideas and wins, and find support and guidance whenever you need it 💕

Let’s work together to build you a life where you feel in control, confident, self-assured, and connected.

Now:

😔 You keep going back, even though you know it’s hurting you

😔 You feel isolated & lonely

😔 You’ve lost sense of who you are

😔 You’re lying to your family & friends

😔 Your mental & physical health are suffering

😔 You’re struggling to connect without drugs

😔 You’re experiencing deep shame & guilt

😔 You’re struggling to find joy in the small things

After:

🙂 You feel more in control of your drug use than ever

🙂 You have a new community of people who understand you

🙂 You’re self exploring with compassion & understanding

🙂 You’re able to open up & receive support

🙂 You have a new lifestyle that serves you instead of destroys you

🙂 You can connect with people more authentically

🙂 Your self worth & self esteem have improved

🙂 You’re finally prioritising what truly matters
