On the call we will get to know each other. It will be a friendly & safe space for you to share about your struggles with substances, your childhood & relationship with your family & how your life looks currently. I pride myself on being able to hold this space totally free of judgment.

It’s usually in this call that I can start to piece together what’s really going on with you & come up with a pathway out. If we seem like a good fit then I will offer you my coaching services & we can take it from there :)
